CRA Regulations, Examination Procedures Should Include Explicit Focus On Race

I’ve always believed that the CRA should have banks focused on doing their parts to close the racial wealth gap as systemic economic robberies and detours, such as redlining, has exacerbated the economic inequality. No institution, law or initiative should be color blind.
