Building a Diverse and Dynamic Board of Directors

The cohort will explore topics including advocacy, financial management, governance knowledge and strategies to prepare board members to meet their fiduciary responsibility and increase the community impact of their organizations. This learning will be accomplished via traditional class work, individual development plans, group case studies and presentations from board members of high-performing and national organizations.

This course explores how nonprofit organizations can increase capacity, community investment, and goodwill through strategic board development.
