As housing counselors, we often meet with customers who seek assistance to avoid foreclosure. There are many kinds of foreclosures, and this 90-minute webinar provides a brief overview of six mortgage foreclosure counseling topics that counselors will appreciate discussing when preparing for the HUD exam, or when using Housing Stability Counseling Program (HCSP) funding. This webinar provides a good introduction to foreclosure counseling for the beginner, and a great refresher for seasoned counselors who are ramping up for another potential wave of requests for foreclosure avoidance help.
